The Air Force Physical Training test scores every Airman on a 100-point scale — and knowing exactly where you stand before test day makes all the difference. The Air Force PT score calculator takes your age, sex, abdominal circumference, push-up count, sit-up count, and 1.5-mile run time, then returns your composite score and component breakdown instantly. Whether you're preparing for your next assessment or checking readiness.

The Air Force PT calculator is a military fitness scoring tool that estimates your U.S. Air Force Physical Training test composite score based on your age, sex, and performance across four components. It applies age-normed, sex-specific standards to return a total score out of 100 — along with a pass/fail status against the minimum 75-point threshold.

What Is the Air Force PT Test?

The U.S. Air Force Physical Training (PT) test — officially the Physical Fitness Readiness Program (PFRP) — is a fitness assessment designed to ensure Airmen maintain the health, stamina, and strength required for military operations. The updated 100-point system is assessed every six months and evaluates four components: cardiovascular endurance, body composition, muscular strength, and core endurance.

2026 PT Test Scoring Categories

  • Excellent — 90 points or above

  • Satisfactory — 75.0 to 89.9 points

  • Unsatisfactory — below 75.0 points

A minimum composite score of 75 points is required to pass. Airmen must meet minimum standards in each individual component.
